Day Services
All Janith Homes residents have access to the Barrington Farm Day Services Centre situated adjacent to The Rookery at Walcott on the North Norfolk coast. Barrington Farm is an independent day services centre for adults with learning difficulties and is operated by our sister company Incatern Ltd. It was founded in 1988 by the present owner whose vision to provide a stimulating environment for Janith Homes’ residents and several individuals from the surrounding area has been successfully developed over the years.
The unique centre provides its service users with a structured programme of high quality activities and facilities in a comfortable, relaxed and supportive environment. The services are designed to motivate and develop personal skills and abilities and to meet resident’s individual needs and aspirations. The main building is a large sensitively converted Georgian red brick barn housing a café, gym and art centre. It is set in well kept grounds next to a small working rare breeds farm.
